About the position

The Product Marketing Manager at AVI-SPL is responsible for driving product marketing programs that enhance product awareness and demand generation. This role involves collaborating with various teams to gather customer insights, build competitive intelligence, and identify market opportunities. The manager will also create marketing collateral and lead initiatives that position AVI-SPL as a market leader in the technology and construction sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product marketing programs in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Gather customer-driven insights to drive product differentiation and create use cases.
  • Build competitive intelligence briefs to guide sales strategies against competitors.
  • Understand market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and demand.
  • Educate the market about AVI-SPL's offerings through various marketing collateral.
  • Develop strategies for demand generation to acquire new customers and expand services to existing ones.
  • Launch innovative product marketing campaigns to establish AVI-SPL as a market leader.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing in the technology or construction industry.
  • Management experience with a focus on leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related area; MBA is a plus.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts into customer-focused communications.
  • Experience in using data to measure and optimize marketing results.
  • Experience presenting marketing plans at the executive level.
  • Strong understanding of the product marketing process.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of executing marketing plans in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in building credibility with product and sales teams.
