About the position

The Senior Manager of Product at UKG will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy and execution of market-leading Human Capital Management (HCM) products. This position is designed for a product leader who is passionate about transforming the future of work and will collaborate closely with senior product leadership to define and implement a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to customers. The role involves leveraging data-driven insights and a deep understanding of customer needs to drive successful product launches and foster a culture of innovation within the product team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment
• 2+ years of experience leading product teams in a management role
• Ability to work in a collaborative hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week in the office

Nice-to-haves

• HCM product management experience
• Comfortable and experienced presenting to various audiences and levels
• Experience working with both technical and business user communities
• Strong use of analytics, user research and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
