The Senior Manager of Product at UKG is a pivotal role responsible for driving the strategy and execution of market-leading HCM products. This position involves collaborating with senior product leadership to define and implement a compelling product strategy that delivers exceptional value to customers. The role requires a strong focus on innovation, customer centricity, and data-driven insights to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the product leadership teams to develop and execute a product strategy aligned with the overall business objectives
• Work closely with engineering to deliver high quality solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new products to market
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the product team

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS applications within an Agile environment
• 2+ years of experience leading product teams in a management role
• Ability to work in a collaborative hybrid model, requiring 3 days per week in the office
