About the position

The Senior Manager of Production Business Operations at Apple is responsible for overseeing the business operations of the Marketing Communications (Marcom) Production teams. This role focuses on ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operational and financial management processes, driving the streamlining of business processes, and optimizing resource utilization and budget management across various Production cost centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations of Marcom's Production teams in collaboration with business leads.
• Manage a team of business operations professionals responsible for operational priorities.
• Drive fiscal planning processes, budget management, resource operations, and vendor management.
• Strategically manage budgets to provide insights and guidance for team decisions.
• Measure and monitor success through metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliant and streamlined operational processes for hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with Corporate Procurement on contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews.
• Collaborate with support functions like Facilities and IT for operational needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in an Executive Producer or Operations Management role in marketing communications or creative services.
• Experience managing budget targets and influencing budgetary priorities.

• Experience in TV commercial, digital, video/motion graphics production, and photography production.
