As a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking division, you will play a pivotal leadership role in mentoring and advising multiple technical teams while driving forward financial technologies. You will own end-to-end platform issues, providing solutions to platform build and performance issues on the AWS Cloud, ensuring that all deliverables are free of bugs. Your responsibilities will also include driving, supporting, and delivering on a strategy to build broad use of Amazon's utility computing web services, such as AWS EC2, AWS S3, AWS RDS, AWS CloudFront, AWS EFS, AWS DynamoDB, CloudWatch, EKS, ECS, MFTS, ALB, and NLB. You will design resilient, secure, and high-performing platforms in the Public Cloud using JPMorgan Chase's best practices, measure and optimize system performance, and innovate to continually improve capabilities in anticipation of customer needs. Additionally, you will provide primary operational support and engineering for the public cloud platform, debug and optimize systems, and automate routine tasks. Collaboration with a cross-functional team will be essential to develop real-world solutions and ensure positive user experiences at every interaction. You will utilize various programming languages, including Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and container orchestration services like Docker and Kubernetes, alongside a variety of AWS tools and services.
