About the position

The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Pre-Employment is responsible for implementing and guiding the strategic direction of the company's talent acquisition function. This role oversees recruitment delivery and operational infrastructure, ensuring excellence in talent acquisition through effective management of Talent Acquisition Business Partners and the Operations Manager. The position focuses on executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with hiring needs and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage integrated teams of Talent Acquisition Business Partners and provide leadership to the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure the Operations Manager effectively leads the centralized processing team.
  • Model company values and encourage team development.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Talent Acquisition and Operations teams.
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver results by implementing and communicating departmental goals and deadlines.
  • Develop teammates through structured performance management, coaching, and training sessions.
  • Execute continuous improvement methods while ensuring customer focus.
  • Guide a high performing Talent Acquisition team to understand business unit needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Operations Manager on systems and vendor management.
  • Review and approve technology enhancement recommendations and ensure alignment between recruitment processes and system capabilities.
  • Evaluate ROI on technology investments and vendor partnerships.
  • Lead process improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day vendor partnerships and monitor service levels.
  • Lead the execution of compliance standards in recruitment processes and manage quality control measures for candidate records.
  • Analyze recruitment performance metrics and deliver regular reports on KPIs to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment management experience leading a high-volume team of Talent Acquisition Professionals.
  • Knowledgeable in OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7, and local and state laws to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Experience with ATS/HRIS, Social Media/Marketing, AI, and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
