The Senior Manager of Technical Product Integrity will play a critical role in overseeing ALO YOGA's advanced technical lab, which is essential for ensuring the quality and integrity of our textile products. This position is responsible for conducting precise color approvals using a Spectrophotometer, performing light box evaluations, conducting shrinkage tests, and assessing the appearance of fabrics after washing. The Senior Manager will also be pivotal in expanding the lab's capabilities to include colorfastness testing, ensuring that all products meet the company's exceptional quality standards. In this role, the Senior Manager will manage and expand the lab's capabilities for advanced textile testing, ensuring that the lab operates efficiently and effectively. The individual will oversee the Lab Team and the Fabric Quality Control Team, setting and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure that all teams are aligned with the company's quality objectives. Additionally, the Senior Manager will direct the Fabric Product Integrity team at our cutting facilities, working closely with the Raw Materials Color Team to influence and enhance fabric development, with a strong focus on color fidelity and manufacturing processes. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Senior Manager will work with the Raw Materials team to address and resolve any fabric-related manufacturing issues that may arise. The individual will also ensure that consistent quality and operational standards are maintained across both local and international lab setups, including regular monitoring and evaluation of our lab in Nicaragua. Furthermore, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and product quality, making this a vital position within the organization.
