About the position

The Senior Manager of Product Management at UKG will lead a team focused on product infrastructure within the Pro WFM Suite. This role involves coaching and developing Product Managers to identify, design, deliver, and optimize solutions for a product used by millions globally. The position requires collaboration with both internal and external customers, ensuring successful product releases while fostering team collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Product Managers focused on product infrastructure within the Pro WFM Suite.
• Coach and develop team members to identify, design, deliver, and optimize product solutions.
• Collaborate with external customers and internal teams to gather insights and feedback for product development.
• Create consensus among impacted teams and align with the larger company vision.
• Shape and execute the overall product vision to deliver incremental value to customers.
• Manage product releases, ensuring successful outcomes through team collaboration and customer representation.
• Define product metric goals and establish mechanisms for data collection and reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management for scaling SaaS applications in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years in a leadership role over product management teams with a track record of coaching and developing product managers.
• Experience in developing customer-centric outcomes through cross-functional Product Development teams.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in user research to drive product decisions.
• Comfortable presenting to various audiences and levels.
• Proven ability to balance discovering new product opportunities with delivering high-quality product experiences.

• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise SaaS product launches.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS infrastructure and Component Applications.
• Ability to use data to inform and prioritize product decisions.
• Functional and technical knowledge of Workforce Management and Human Capital Management software.
• Experience working with both technical and business user communities.
• Comfort with ambiguity in building new products from inception to maturity.
