Responsibilities

• Build risk mitigation strategies for Walmart Connect.
• Implement internal controls to ensure proper risk mitigation.
• Identify, anticipate, and prioritize risks within the organization.
• Act as remediation stewards to ensure solutions address root causes sustainably.
• Provide inventive and sustainable solutions for complex problems and opportunities.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Apply data analytics to drive efficiencies and assess risks.
• Communicate technical risks and compliance gaps to cross-functional teams.
• Lead by example in communicating risks and enabling stakeholders to mitigate them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or accounting required.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, audit, or internal controls required.
• Experience in a Big 4 accounting or consulting firm is a plus.
• Digital advertising or media experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Experience in structuring frameworks to solve complex problems.
• Understanding of business processes and related risks impacting financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
