About the position

As a Senior Manager in Creative Content Development at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in facilitating change management on a national scale. Your primary focus will be on developing strategic messaging and content that empowers associates to execute new initiatives and processes effectively. This position requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to simplify complex information into digestible formats for training and operational purposes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance content by analyzing processes and data, turning associate feedback into actionable improvements, and determining rollout strategy.
• Deliver complex processes in a simplified, digestible format.
• Provide influence and insight on current and future business trends; conduct analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends.
• Drive strategic planning and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with internal Operations teams to create unique, compelling content that benefits stores, associates, and field leaders.
• Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing multiple initiatives with competing deadlines, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
• Provide overall direction by analyzing business objectives and associate/customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• 1 year's supervisory experience.
