About the position

The Senior Manager of Digital Implementation & Adoption is a pivotal role responsible for driving the implementation of overall operations strategies within the organization. This includes a focus on process design, workflow optimization, and the testing of future concepts that enhance the digital experience for both associates and customers. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the store business, enabling them to lead their team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners on new digital initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker who can maintain a long-term vision while making tough decisions in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be expected to inspire and lead a team that is passionate about improving the digital experience. A key aspect of the job is to deliver simplified processes that benefit store associates, ensuring that they can operate efficiently and effectively. The Senior Manager will also need to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, showcasing strong analytical skills to interpret data and insights that align with both business and technical needs. The position demands excellent communication skills, as you will be influencing stakeholders, gaining buy-in from leadership, and ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Responsibilities

  • Implement overall operations strategies including process design and workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in a similar field.
  • 1 year's supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects.
  • Master's degree in Operations Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
