About the position

The Senior Manager of Digital Implementation & Adoption is a pivotal role responsible for driving the overall operations strategies within the organization. This includes the design of processes, optimization of workflows, and testing of innovative concepts that enhance the digital experience for both associates and customers. The individual in this position will leverage their extensive knowledge of the store business to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional partners on new digital initiatives. A key aspect of this role is the ability to inspire and motivate a team to work collaboratively and passionately towards improving the digital experience. The Senior Manager will focus on simplifying processes for store associates, ensuring that their needs are met effectively and efficiently. In this role, strategic thinking is essential, as the Senior Manager must be able to consider long-term implications and make difficult decisions when necessary. The ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously is crucial, as is the capacity to analyze data and insights to align business and technical needs. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for influencing stakeholders, securing buy-in from leadership, and communicating effectively across various levels of the organization. Adaptability to shifting priorities and business needs is vital, as is the promotion of company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Responsibilities

  • Implement overall operations strategies including process design and workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in a similar field.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects.
  • Master's degree in Operations Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
