About the position

The Sr. Manager, Operations WFS is a leadership role within the Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) Business Operations Organization, reporting to the Director of Operations. This position focuses on outbound operations, process improvement, and standard work across WFS Fulfillment Centers. The role serves as a key interface between various teams, ensuring the success of operations by managing daily performance, conducting problem deep dives, and developing tracking measures for operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound operations and process improvement across WFS Fulfillment Centers.
• Collaborate with operations teams and leaders to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Conduct data collection and reporting to monitor daily operational performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service speed and accuracy.
• Develop tools and measures to monitor operations using advanced Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Plan for future growth and innovation within WFS operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in a similar field.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Fulfillment Center Operations.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools.

• Master's degree in Operations Management.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
