About the position

The Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management at Mondelēz International will play a crucial role in leading change management initiatives within the Business Transformation Office. This position focuses on designing and deploying strategies to help leaders and employees navigate organizational changes effectively. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders to ensure change readiness and adoption, while also tracking the success of change initiatives to drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness in support of the NA organization.
  • Guide senior leaders and their teams through transformational change, advocating for change readiness.
  • Define, design, and execute strategic change and communications interventions.
  • Integrate change management tools/frameworks in support of the required changes.
  • Partner with functional leads to ensure change strategies are embedded within their teams and consistently executed.
  • Track and measure the success of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Identify and address communication needs for projects, including creating strategies and writing messages.
  • Partner with project teams to ensure that change solutions and impact mitigation are woven throughout the project plan and deliverables.
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing transformational change initiatives.
  • Ability to facilitate, manage, and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
  • A passion for change and willingness to engage actively in the process.

Nice-to-haves

  • 7+ years of experience in execution and deployment of large-scale projects or initiatives.
  • Corporate and/or consulting background.
  • Bachelor's degree in I/O, HR, Communications, English, Psychology, business, HR management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Change management certification preferred.
