About the position

The Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management at YETI plays a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of large Information Technology initiatives by working cross-functionally with various teams. This position focuses on enhancing team member adoption and usage of changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time and within budget. The role involves creating structured methodologies, leading change management activities, and supporting communication and training efforts to facilitate smooth transitions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Create and apply a structured methodology for change management.
  • Lead Change Management activities across various projects.
  • Support and manage communications related to change initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analysis and change readiness assessments.
  • Identify key stakeholders and manage their engagement.
  • Lead and support training efforts for team members.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Manage anticipated and persistent resistance to change.
  • Consult and coach project teams on change management best practices.
  • Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans.
  • Support and engage senior leaders in change initiatives.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans and sprints.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress of change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) with complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Prosci ADKAR model, PCT Model, or equivalent change management methodologies.
  • Ability to influence others towards a common vision or goal.
  • Resilient and tenacious with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and project lifecycle phases.

Nice-to-haves

  • Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges in consumer product markets.
  • Experience in international or emerging markets.
