About the position

The Change Management role at Mondelēz International is focused on leading transformational change initiatives within the Business Transformation Office in North America. This position is crucial for designing and deploying change management strategies that help leaders and employees navigate through organizational changes effectively. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders to ensure change readiness, developing communication strategies, and measuring the success of change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and organizational effectiveness in support of the NA organization.
  • Guide senior leaders and their teams through transformational change, advocating for change readiness.
  • Define, design, and execute strategic change and communications interventions.
  • Integrate change management tools/frameworks to support necessary changes.
  • Partner with functional leads to embed change strategies within their teams and ensure consistent execution.
  • Track and measure the success of change initiatives, making adjustments to improve effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Identify and address communication needs for projects, including creating strategies and writing messages.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure change solutions and impact mitigation are integrated into project plans and deliverables.
  • Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of change strategies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in execution and deployment of large-scale projects or initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing transformational change initiatives.
  • Ability to facilitate, manage, and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Knowledge, experience, and exposure to best practices in change management.
  • Bachelor's degree in I/O, HR, Communications, English, Psychology, business, HR management, Communication, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Change management certification preferred.
