About the position

The Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management at YETI is responsible for leading change management initiatives across various teams, ensuring successful delivery of large IT projects. This role focuses on enhancing team member adoption and utilization of changes, improving value creation and ROI, and achieving positive outcomes through effective communication and support. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments, including IT, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance, to implement best-in-class enterprise-wide solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and apply a structured methodology.
  • Lead Change Management activities.
  • Lead and support communications.
  • Conduct impact analysis, change readiness assessments, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Lead and support training efforts.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance.
  • Consult and coach project teams.
  • Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans and/or project sprints.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress of change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8+ years of OCM experience with scope of multiple, technically-complex projects.
  • Hands-on experience and applied knowledge of Prosci ADKAR model, or PCT Model, or equivalent.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
  • Problem solving and root-cause identification skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phase of a project lifecycle.

Nice-to-haves

  • Change Management Certification (i.e. Prosci Change Practitioner) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA.
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges in consumer product markets.
  • International/emerging markets experience.
