About the position

The Senior Manager, Paid Media and SEO will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of paid media campaigns across various brand and performance marketing initiatives in the US. This role is crucial for driving lead generation and customer enrollment for pet insurance, collaborating with multiple teams and agencies to optimize campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day supervision of Paid Search, Paid Social & SEO programs, including strategic approaches and execution details.
• Monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance analytics based on client KPI targets.
• Stay updated on tools and User Interfaces related to paid media and SEO.
• Research and develop innovative tactics to improve efficiencies in campaigns.
• Guide content teams through keyword research and recommend fixes for technical SEO issues.
• Optimize paid search copy, paid social advertising, website content, and landing pages.
• Oversee off-page optimization projects such as link-building.
• Report on SEO aspects like traffic and rankings, and collect relevant data.
• Optimize campaigns throughout the month and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing paid media and SEO campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with tools such as AdWords, Bing, SEMrush, and other bid management platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
