The Senior Manager, Card Digital Acquisitions, is a pivotal member of the U.S. Co-brand Card Acquisitions team at Marriott International. This role is essential for driving portfolio growth for Co-brand Card products through owned digital channels, significantly contributing to building and enhancing member loyalty and engagement with Marriott's brands. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders, including Data, Marketing, Activation, and Personalization (DMAP), as well as external bank partners and agencies. The candidate will be instrumental in developing marketing campaigns across both internal and external channels aimed at driving card acquisitions. In this role, the Senior Manager will deploy paid search and media strategies to drive acquisitions, focusing on U.S. co-brand acquisitions through a well-defined digital strategy for Marriott-funded paid search, programmatic advertising, and display media. The individual will partner with Global Cards leadership to outline the strategy and roadmap for the next three years, ensuring alignment of initiatives across MI-funded digital advertising channels. This includes managing reporting on acquisition performance across stakeholder teams, particularly with Finance, to ensure that marketing investments meet the targeted return on investment. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing a content strategy that effectively communicates how co-brand credit cards enhance member access to Marriott Bonvoy offerings. This role involves identifying promotional opportunities with existing and new Marriott Bonvoy partners, leading a discipline team that champions the Global Cards' vision for product and service delivery in digital channels, and ensuring that departmental goals are communicated clearly to produce desired results. Additionally, the Senior Manager will analyze channel performance to identify trends impacting revenue and profit, manage media and advertising spending within the annual budget, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver an annual budget recommendation to support year-over-year U.S. acquisition growth. The role requires a strategic mindset to develop product growth plans and marketing roadmaps for Marriott Bonvoy co-brand cards, ensuring aggressive acquisition goals are met while leveraging analysis to implement innovations that increase revenue and portfolio growth.
