About the position

The Senior Manager, Paid Social at Pluralsight, LLC is responsible for leading the paid advertising and social media strategies across B2B and B2C segments. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through optimized campaigns and developing a robust content strategy, while ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences, focusing on driving pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Identify and target key audience segments to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Oversee social media content creation, scheduling, and posting.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals and supports paid social.
  • Ensure content is tailored to the target audience and optimized for various digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  • Continuously assess and refine content strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key metrics, revenue impact, and progress toward goals.
  • Develop and manage the paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budget while achieving desired revenue outcomes.
  • Continuously identify and implement strategies to increase revenue from paid and social media campaigns.
  • Test and refine targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales, product, and other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Maintain clear and open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign progress, performance, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
