About the position

The Senior Manager, Paid Social at Epsilon will play a crucial role in driving client performance and success within the Automotive SEM team. This position involves hands-on execution in digital platforms, mentoring Social Strategists, and managing paid social strategies for clients. The role emphasizes project management, team mentorship, and the implementation of effective paid social campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Drive client performance and success through effective paid social strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding paid social initiatives.
• Mentor and manage Social Strategists and Senior Social Strategists.
• Monitor campaign performance to ensure alignment with budgets and targets.
• Implement testing initiatives in areas such as ad creatives and audience segmentation.
• Facilitate client and vendor calls to discuss performance and set expectations.
• Coordinate with engineering and database teams for technology implementations.
• Stay updated on Facebook features and emerging social platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in paid social within a client-facing digital marketing role.
• Deep understanding of social media and effective communication of paid social goals.
• Experience with feed management systems and implementations.
• Proficiency in CAPI, pixel implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to create roadmaps and strategic initiatives to exceed client goals.
• Proven experience managing direct reports and mentoring team members.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Automotive and/or Automotive Marketing.
• Comfortable working with third-party digital marketing tools.
