About the position

The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing at insightsoftware is responsible for the tactical execution and project management of partner marketing programs. This role involves leading a team focused on driving engagement and growth across Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and reseller partner channels. The position requires defining strategies, optimizing processes, and applying best practices to execute integrated marketing campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead partner marketing team members in the creation and execution of bi-annual campaign plans that generate market awareness and drive opportunities with and through the channel.
  • Navigate various requests to balance strategy with clear priorities and expectations for the team, while building alignment with stakeholders.
  • Deploy effective communication strategies and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance partner experience and program.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the partners and partner program, actively communicating priorities and serving as a key stakeholder for indirect business.
  • Utilize key metrics and reports to track and analyze partner engagement, performance, and impact on revenue, developing recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor the success of the planning process, identifying efficiencies and opportunities to optimize and leverage best practices.
  • Act as the administrator of the partner marketing rebate program, rewarding and reinforcing desired behavior from partners.
  • Partner with indirect sales team, partner ops, and marketing ops in lead tracking, identification, routing, and upload.
  • Serve as a champion for the team, fostering a positive working environment and providing day-to-day support to drive business goals through partner marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of partner marketing experience, with 2-3 years in a management role, in a fast-paced company.
  • Experience in a B2B software or SaaS environment, particularly with ERPs and financial services, is a major plus.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • Ability to review marketing analysis to uncover underlying drivers, assess potential impact, and design metrics.
  • Ability to lead projects in their entirety and secure cross-functional buy-in.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Experience using contact management systems, CRM, and/or marketing databases, preferably Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
