The Senior Manager, People Operations at Meltwater is a pivotal role responsible for leading the HR operations team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization. This position focuses on creating a seamless and positive experience for employees through efficient HR operations, which include onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR data management. The successful candidate will spearhead the Global People Operations team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of People Operations. In this role, you will collaborate closely with People Ops leads across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, as well as their team members in multiple countries. Your primary objective will be to drive strategic initiatives and projects that enhance the employee experience, all while maintaining a People-first mindset. You will work alongside experienced HR professionals and respected leaders, continuously learning and evolving within the industry.
