About the position
The Senior Manager, People Operations is responsible for overseeing the HR operations and ensuring that the company's people strategy aligns with its business goals. This role involves managing HR processes, enhancing employee experience, and leading a team to drive operational excellence within the HR function.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the People Operations team to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategic objectives.
- Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
