About the position

The Senior Manager of People Operations will lead the HR team in developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team in developing and executing people strategies that support business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field, with a focus on people operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
• Certification from a recognized HR organization (e.g., SHRM, HRCI).
