About the position

Dermavant Sciences is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a key player in the Performance Marketing & Digital Innovation department. Reporting to the Senior Director, this position is responsible for owning and optimizing the omnichannel ecosystem for VTAMA, targeting both Consumers and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). The incumbent will leverage data, customer insights, and best-in-class methodologies to create a unified customer experience that fosters engagement and delivers personalized experiences. This role is pivotal in orchestrating the strategy, execution, and integration of paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the overarching brand strategy. The successful candidate will develop and manage comprehensive channel plans that include agreed-upon benchmarks and KPIs, while also identifying test and learn opportunities to enhance performance. Collaboration is key in this role, as the incumbent will facilitate teamwork across various functional teams, including Creative, Media, Data & Analytics, and IT. Quality assurance will be a critical component, as the individual will lead QA processes before, during, and after campaign launches to ensure accurate data capture and reporting to the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). In addition to omnichannel planning, the role encompasses data-driven performance and digital innovation. The incumbent will serve as a core team lead for data integration with the EDW and CX Hub, managing vendor relationships and ensuring data hygiene. The position also requires partnering with data and analytics teams to oversee data capture processes and privacy compliance, while championing the delivery of channel insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization of business plans. The individual will contribute to the development of reporting dashboards and initiatives, as well as explore new and existing channels for innovative proof of concepts and pilots. Digital excellence is another critical aspect of this role. The incumbent will provide thought leadership on best practices and tactical implementation across channels to deliver seamless, measurable omnichannel customer experiences. This includes advising creative agencies on the development of relevant messaging and digital-first design principles, as well as supporting the development of asset templates and channel guardrails. The role also involves participating in PRC Concept Reviews for new and existing channels, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with the strategic goals of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with data & analytics to oversee data capture and privacy compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • MBA or advanced study in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, digital/omnichannel marketing, or related commercial function within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred.
  • Dermatology experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, and GA4 is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs with competing timelines and prioritize activities.
