About the position

As a Senior Manager, Platform Activation at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in the Customer Experience team, leveraging guest insights to enhance the company's hospitality services. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage projects that focus on differentiated capabilities, such as Confirmed Connecting Rooms, and ensuring alignment with commercial services goals. You will be responsible for creating and implementing project plans, identifying functionality gaps, and leading tactical delivery against strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key Hilton partners and vendors to establish working practices and ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Create and implement targeted project and implementation plans, including change management and communication strategies.
  • Identify key functionality gaps and prioritize requirements to build and implement remediation plans.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner with business leads, product owners, and deployment teams.
  • Develop an understanding of commercial objectives and revenue management processes across brands and geographies.
  • Lead the development of tactical delivery against organizational change and project plans.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in change management, organizational change, and/or strategic communications.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for team meetings and collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using PROSCI methodology and tools, including the ADKAR model.
  • PROSCI/CCMP Certification, PMP certification, or similar qualifications.
  • Working understanding of ClickUp, Smartsheet, and other project planning tools.
  • Hospitality experience.
