  • Act as a Center of Excellence (CoE) for lean/process improvement and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with lean methodologies and digital transformation.
