About the position
The Senior Manager, Product at Capital One Travel is responsible for leading a team to create and refine a vision and roadmap for a travel booking platform that enhances customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with designers and engineering teams to address customer needs, monitor product performance, and drive innovation within a fast-growing digital-first business.
Responsibilities
- Create a vision & roadmap for the product that addresses customer & business needs
- Lead, empower, and guide multiple talented product managers
- Partner with designers to ensure key customer pain points are addressed
- Collaborate with engineering teams to bring the product to life
- Work with analysts to refine the roadmap and gather insights from experiments & product launches
- Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators with stakeholders across Capital One
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
- At least 3 years of experience working on Mobile Apps
- At least 2 years of people management experience
Nice-to-haves
- 7+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
