Responsibilities

• Advocate for user-centered design principles backed by user research and analytics.

• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading design teams for consumer-focused products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for inclusivity.
• Strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
