About the position

As a Senior Product Development and Sourcing Manager at Sam's Club, you will lead the development of Member's Mark products, focusing on innovation and quality to drive profitable growth. This role requires expertise in Sushi and Prepared Foods, and you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with suppliers while ensuring a customer-centric approach. Your success will depend on your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and tackle complex challenges, all while maintaining a focus on sustainability and regenerative practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in Member's Mark product development, particularly in Sushi and Prepared Foods.
• Collaborate with suppliers and the Quality team to ensure precise product specifications and address member complaints.
• Oversee the development of Member's Mark products by fostering strong communication with business partners, including Brand Management, Quality, Suppliers, and Sourcing.
• Establish and nurture high-visibility supplier relationships.
• Craft and execute strategic objectives to enhance the Member's Mark brand through innovative food item development.
• Continuously seek out creative ideas to drive business improvements, innovation, and elevate the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 4 years of experience in merchandising, replenishment, logistics, or related field, or 6 years of experience in the same fields.
