About the position

The Senior Manager Product Development for Fixed Wireless Access at Verizon is responsible for developing and commercializing strategies to drive revenue generation through services that enhance the Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) experience. This role involves designing, developing, and bringing to market new monetization strategies for FWA services, collaborating across sales, product enablement, and marketing to optimize the FWA attach strategy. The Senior Manager will focus on improving customer experience and reducing churn by identifying new managed services and ensuring product satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize strategies to drive revenue generation through FWA services.
• Design and bring to market new monetization strategies for the FWA experience.
• Collaborate with sales, product enablement, and marketing to determine FWA attach strategy and prioritization.
• Identify new segment-focused managed services within Business Markets.
• Execute ways to monetize router services through product development.
• Design a simplified user experience/customer experience (UX/CX) to increase FWA stickiness and product satisfaction.
• Lead the broader FWA team through end-to-end customer journey mapping.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for FWA launches related to customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Digital advertising experience including online and mobile platforms.
• Product management experience.

• Knowledge of real-time bidding (RTB) platforms and online/mobile ecosystems.
• Familiarity with big-data systems and machine learning.
