About the position

As a Senior Manager in Product Development at Walmart, you will leverage your product expertise and customer insights to innovate and create OTC Health & Wellness products. This role involves developing product strategies, specifications, and working closely with merchants to influence the industry. You will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams and ensuring that products meet customer needs while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative OTC Health & Wellness products based on customer insights and market trends.
• Create product specifications tailored to customer needs.
• Work directly with merchants to influence product strategies and industry standards.
• Analyze customer behavior and business fundamentals to inform product development decisions.
• Manage multiple workstreams and communicate business priorities to stakeholders.
• Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction throughout the development process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area, or 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Application development experience with emphasis on VBA and SQL programming languages.
• Experience with creative design software.
• Financial modeling skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, product development, or packaging processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
