About the position

As a Senior Manager, Product Development for Women's Fashion at Walmart, you will advocate for customers by overseeing the development of products from ideation to finished product review. This role focuses on creating high-quality, value-driven products for Walmart's Private Brand offerings, leveraging the company's scale to impact millions of customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and ensure product quality while driving business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting the category strategy for Private Brands through customer understanding and market trends.
• Build relationships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners to influence product decisions.
• Collaborate with merchants on product aspects including replenishment, supply chain, and pricing.
• Work with Sourcing to deliver quality products while achieving key business metrics.
• Maintain a deep understanding of private brand customers and suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 4 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 6 years' experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and market trends.

Nice-to-haves

• Application development experience with emphasis on VBA and SQL programming languages.
• Experience with creative design software.
