About the position

LSEG is seeking a Senior Manager for its new Post Trade Division, responsible for developing product features and ensuring quality delivery in collaboration with Operations teams. The role requires a deep understanding of OTC Equities derivatives and experience in Agile frameworks, with a focus on innovation and customer support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of new products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Support future innovation and development of products and services, contributing to overall business growth and expansion of service capabilities.
  • Run the customers on onboarding pipeline to the service including initial Product walk throughs and pitches to testing and adoption.
  • Be responsible for the Product roadmap that aligns to commercial objectives and customer demand.
  • Produce documents to codify end user requirements, including product and solution specifications.
  • Support analytical, experimental, investigative and other fact-finding work in support of technology product development.
  • Assess and test implemented client technology solutions to ensure they are operational and performing as required.
  • Support the preparation of communications to customers regarding new and improved technology solutions.
  • Identify and help manage project risks and issues.

Requirements

  • Detailed understanding of OTC Equities derivatives.
  • Experience as a Product Manager, business analyst, or in operational and customer support roles.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and delivery processes.
  • Ability to understand technical implementation of end-to-end processes, including interactions and dependencies between processes and systems.
  • Experience working on large business-critical projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient computational skills, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proactive and driven with the ability to manage workload and priorities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a delivery role for middle-office or similar areas of an investment bank or financial institution.
  • Experience as a business analyst or Product Owner in a Scrum team.
  • Understanding of existing Post Trade OTC trade processes and relevant market infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of industry inefficiencies and challenges across the OTC Equities landscape.
