As the Senior Manager of Product Development at NADA, you will be at the forefront of innovation, overseeing the entire lifecycle of our products from concept to launch. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, where your ideas can significantly shape the future of our offerings. You will be responsible for managing all phases of product development, which includes concept development, design, prototyping, testing, and commercialization. Your leadership will be crucial in defining and implementing product strategies that align with our organizational objectives, ensuring that our products not only meet market demands but also exceed stakeholder expectations. In this role, you will work closely with NADA's leadership team to develop and implement product strategies that are in line with our goals. Collaboration is key, as you will engage with software engineers, data analysts, and other departments to create and implement custom solutions tailored to meet our organizational needs. Conducting thorough market research and analysis will be essential to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. You will also gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders throughout the product development process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security requirements. This full-time position requires you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. The role involves some travel, comprising up to 10% of your time, allowing you to engage with clients and stakeholders as necessary.
