About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Management - Capital Markets & Analytics at Capital One is responsible for leading the transformation of the Treasury & Trading product management team. This role involves discovering business needs, optimizing product solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the Capital Markets and Analytics platform. The position requires establishing a vision and strategy for product development, managing prioritization, and inspiring teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive value for internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, strategy, and execution of Treasury and Trading products, data, and services.
• Create frameworks for and directly manage the prioritization of work, capabilities, components, and infrastructures.
• Communicate and evangelize product and portfolio strategy across large organizations and executives.
• Create frameworks for using data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making.
• Prioritize, negotiate, and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycles.
• Inspire, enable, and empower teams to execute with urgency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of product management, analytics, strategy consulting experience or a combination
• At least 3 years of Capital Markets or Trading product management experience
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional product teams

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Finance
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
• Data Management Experience
• 3+ years of Agile Product Management experience
