About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Management for Capital Markets & Analytics at Capital One is responsible for leading the transformation of the Treasury & Trading department by identifying business needs and creating innovative product solutions. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize product strategies and enhance the overall finance experience. The position also includes building and mentoring a new product management team, shaping the culture, and driving the vision for product innovation and data streamlining.

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision, strategy, and execution of Treasury and Trading products, data, and services.
• Create frameworks for managing the prioritization of work and capabilities used by multiple customer solutions.
• Communicate and evangelize product and portfolio strategy across large organizations and executives.
• Develop frameworks for using data to uncover opportunities and track product performance.
• Prioritize, negotiate, and remove blockers to ensure successful product launches and optimizations.
• Inspire and empower teams to execute with urgency on product priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of product management, analytics, or strategy consulting experience
• At least 3 years of Capital Markets or Trading product management experience
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional product teams

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
• Data Management Experience
• 3+ years of Agile Product Management experience
