About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Management for the Enterprise Financial Platform at Capital One is responsible for defining the product roadmap that enhances customer experiences and capabilities through innovative technology. Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs and drive the long-term vision for the product.
• Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes.
• Define KPIs for the product and measure progress against those metrics.
• Collaborate with tech leadership to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on customer experience.
• Rally teams and stakeholders around the product vision and influence prioritization across partner teams.
• Attract, retain, and mentor top talent within the product management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
