About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Management - SCOUT at Capital One is responsible for leading a team of product managers to drive innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful financial products. The position emphasizes human-centered design, business outcomes, technology integration, and transformational leadership to enhance the customer experience and support the company's growth and transformation goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers supporting engineering teams focused on data and customer experience.
• Partner with stakeholders internally and externally to maintain the Scout roadmap.
• Engage all stakeholders (Engineers, advisory, operations, Risk, and Cyber) to serve as the voice of the customer internally.
• Identify new capabilities, define product features, and work closely with development teams to launch those features.
• Prepare strategic vision & roadmaps, and communicate to Leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive the product management practice within the organization, defining expectations and commitments.
• Influence senior stakeholders to use our products and share outcomes to strengthen investment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product management.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• MBA or Master's degree
• 3+ years of experience in Agile product management
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
