About the position

The Senior Manager of Product Marketing for Clinical Trial Enablement at Labcorp is responsible for driving the strategic positioning and growth of the company's Clinical Trial Enablement Services offerings. This role focuses on developing and executing go-to-market strategies, understanding market dynamics, and enhancing the product's value proposition. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align product innovations with market needs and drive overall business success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
  • Champion the product internally and externally to enhance brand visibility and drive adoption.
  • Stay attuned to customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive activities to inform product roadmap and innovation strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and campaigns for existing products.
  • Identify key market segments and personas, tailoring messaging and positioning strategies to effectively reach and resonate with the target audience.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Work with internal SMEs to develop and deliver training materials, sales collateral, and demos to empower Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Marketing teams to continuously track and optimize the marketing leads and sales funnel for your products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Real World Data (RWD) or Real World Evidence (RWE) with a strong understanding of the clinical trial industry.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 7 years of product marketing within the health care or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing, particularly in life sciences services.
  • Strong understanding of how data is used to support clinical trials, specifically in trial design, site/country selection, site enablement, and patient recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; MBA with a focus on Marketing is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects independently and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders.
