About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing for Healthcare plays a pivotal leadership role within a cross-functional team, focusing on driving revenue for ServiceNow in the healthcare sector. This position involves leading a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) in developing product positioning and messaging, supporting demand generation activities, and creating strategic marketing plans for healthcare products. The role also emphasizes collaboration with various internal teams and represents the products in key meetings and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill a key leadership role on a cross-functional Healthcare team, partnering with multiple internal teams to drive revenue.
  • Lead a team of PMMs in product positioning, messaging, and related deliverables, ensuring adoption across marketing and sales organizations.
  • Support marketing functions in demand generation activities, including key industry events and ServiceNow event programs.
  • Participate in discussions related to sales pipeline coverage and diagnose opportunities for improvement.
  • Create strategic marketing plans and activities for healthcare products within the competitive arena.
  • Coordinate release-related deliverables including messaging, internal communications, PR, and updates to existing content.
  • Represent products and Product and Solution Marketing in key meetings and customer engagements as required.
  • Develop team potential and engagement, promoting an inclusive and enjoyable work environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or industry marketing (healthcare).
  • Excellent messaging skills centered on value and benefits, with a strong emphasis on written expression.
  • Comfort with technology and a drive to maintain knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Natural empathy for and understanding of customer needs across various organizations.
  • Ability to generate ideas on how products can enhance customer and partner success.
  • Passion for products and the potential to shape the future of work.
  • Comfort with public speaking, technology demonstrations, and writing keynotes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influence management skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
  • A passion for coaching others and a team-oriented mentality.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
