About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing for Cross Border Imports will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving revenue growth. This role involves collaboration across various teams to set a vision and build a product marketing strategy that enables sellers to leverage B2B shipping solutions, ensuring the right messaging and product fit to deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals to increase customer acquisition, retention, and overall market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, including launches, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, optimizing ROI and ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Business, Strategy, Analytics, and Product.

Requirements

• 7+ years marketing experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Retail Analytics, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics.
• Prior experience managing full funnel campaigns across multiple channels (i.e. social media, influencer, out of home).
• Prior experience partnering with creative, operations, product, and analytics teams.
• Strong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in transportation, supply chain, cross border logistics process design, or six sigma.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration.
