About the position

The Senior Manager, Product Marketing at Optoro is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that enhance product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging, as well as overseeing the product marketing process from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally to define buyer personas and identify target audiences.
  • Implement product marketing plans and ensure effective execution of all aspects.
  • Drive strategic messaging and positioning initiatives for products.
  • Facilitate customer interviews to gather insights for product roadmap and marketing efforts.
  • Draft customer-facing release notes and coordinate product releases.
  • Create high-impact sales tools and training materials for the sales team.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing or strategy consulting experience in retail technology or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market.
  • Ability to create compelling positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to execute strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional cross-collaboration skills and ability to drive team alignment.
  • Strategic mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
