About the position

Chewy is seeking a data-driven and tech-savvy Senior Manager of Product Marketing to join its Brand Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in shaping business strategies, informing product roadmaps, and developing impactful marketing strategies that drive results. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product positioning, messaging, and launching new products in the ecommerce or technology sectors, translating product features into consumer benefits and executing initiatives that meet defined KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner internally with business and product teams to shape short & long-term roadmaps & goals.
  • Collaborate with consumer insights, user research, and business & marketing analytics teams to identify business opportunities, define targets, develop campaign strategies & tactics, and measure and report on ongoing performance.
  • Lead development of marketing initiatives 'end to end' including positioning, messaging, creative development, GTM plans, execution, measurement, and reporting that drive goals & KPIs.
  • Create close relationships with marketing channel owners (email, social, digital, direct mail, etc.) to determine the marketing mix and partner to ensure integrated program execution & optimization.
  • Work with internal creative teams to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics.
  • Act as a marketing champion for priority product, service, and new business offerings for Chewy.
  • Support Product Marketing team leaders focused on growing adoption of priority features & services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA Preferred
  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience; majority within ecommerce or technology space
  • Expertise in connecting business goals & strategy to marketing strategy and go to market execution across channels & tactics
  • Experience growing an established business and scaling new businesses, services, and new product features & offerings
  • Strong business & data acumen; fluent in online and offline metrics and measurement
  • Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead, influence and gain internal mindshare.
