About the position

The Senior Manager - Product Marketing at ASML is responsible for leading the product management and marketing of the eBeamputing platform and applications products. This role involves developing and owning the market strategy and roadmap, establishing ASML as a key player in the competitive eBeam inspection and metrology market. The position requires strong leadership, creativity, and a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customer requirements in semiconductor markets.
• Conduct competitive SWOT analysis to inform product definition, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Define product roadmaps that establish ASML's competitive advantage.
• Develop marketing plans and product roadmaps to drive product definition, design, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate financial aspects of product developments including budgets, expenditures, and ROI projections.
• Create marketing materials, sales collateral, and communication plans including press releases and customer presentations.
• Engage with customers and conduct meetings with up to 30% travel.

Requirements

• M.S. or higher in electrical engineering, computer science, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials engineering, IC manufacturing, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in wafer inspection and metrology.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing and product management with knowledge in lithography and metrology.
• Experience in managing product management/marketing teams.
