About the position

The Sr. Marketing Manager at PartsSource will be instrumental in strategizing, planning, organizing, implementing, and optimizing the PartsSource PRO product. This role is pivotal in managing marketing campaigns and supporting the overall business strategy through various marketing tactics, including sales enablement, email marketing, display marketing, event summits, webinars, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships across sales, marketing, product, and operations within the PartsSource organization.
  • Oversee third-party marketing partners contributing to demand generation programs and optimize marketing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Act as the marketing product owner for the Enterprise PRO product at PartsSource.com, leading cross-functional efforts to enhance product performance.
  • Leverage demand generation marketing expertise to craft and deploy effective campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimization needs.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance analysis to ensure maximum results.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of direct experience managing a product lifecycle and demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong thought-leadership and innovative thinking with a strategic focus on maximizing performance.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex performance data for optimizations.
  • Demonstrated success in executing a mix of demand generation tactics and meeting timelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, including healthcare systems or medical device manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar digital platforms.
