The Sr Manager, Product Marketing for the Disney Bundle will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of this key strategic priority for The Walt Disney Company. This position requires a seasoned product marketer with a strong strategic mindset, focusing on identifying and executing major growth initiatives, enhancing business insights, and conducting thorough subscriber analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, research, data, and finance, and will have significant exposure to executive leadership. The Disney Bundle, which combines Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ at a discounted price, represents an exceptional value for consumers, and this role is critical in ensuring its continued success and market relevance. In this role, the Sr Manager will manage a team of product marketers and strategists, providing coaching and mentorship to foster their career development. The individual will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights related to Bundle performance, audience behavior, and market trends. They will identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data-driven findings and support the evolution of the streaming Bundled products with comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) launch support. Collaboration with product and marketing teams will be essential to ensure consistency across all Bundle activations. The Sr Manager will also develop positioning guides for current and future Bundles, identifying target audiences and relevant messaging to support product and marketing growth initiatives. Leading the cross-functional primary research workstream, they will drive the research calendar, organize formal readouts, and maintain an active hub of past insights and findings. A robust reporting system will be developed and maintained to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Disney Bundle, with regular presentations to stakeholders at both working team and senior levels across the organization. The role will require accurate and timely reporting of marketing initiatives, subscriber metrics, and revenue analysis, as well as sizing and prioritizing major growth initiatives, sometimes in partnership with finance for extensive subscriber forecasts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial in contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for the Disney Bundle. The Sr Manager will support market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and positioning within the streaming entertainment space. They will work closely with data, product, marketing, finance, and other key stakeholders to pull forward data that supports and aligns with strategic priorities and near-term goals for the Disney Bundle. Additionally, the role will involve supporting product launches and updates through effective communication and coordination across teams, continuously improving processes related to business insights, reporting, and data analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy in decision-making.
