The Senior Manager, Global Brand Marketing will play a pivotal role in leading the global live service marketing and business team for our gaming portfolio. This position is responsible for the creation and management of comprehensive global marketing plans aimed at driving growth and profitability for our games. The successful candidate will coach teams to define and implement strategies that enhance player acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement of previous players. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies that resonate with our target audiences. In collaboration with our studios, the Senior Manager will own the live service marketing strategy and develop annual marketing plans that align with business performance goals. This includes creating promotional and growth plans that meet player acquisition and engagement targets across our portfolio of live service titles. The role also involves defining the global brand and product strategy, including positioning, unique selling points, and go-to-market approaches based on market insights and player feedback. The Senior Manager will ensure consistent representation of our brands in global activations while overseeing the tactical execution of campaigns for multiple titles. They will distill consumer feedback into actionable insights that can be utilized by studio teams to optimize player experiences. Additionally, the role includes managing internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver key marketing assets and programs, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders. The Senior Manager will be accountable for the success of global marketing campaigns and will hold financial responsibility for marketing strategies and initiatives.
