This role is pivotal for driving product strategy and execution for our MCM Switchers, Power Modules, Analog Controllers, and CAN/LIN products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in power management and a proven track record of successful product line management. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills, capable of coaching and developing a team of Product Line Managers to achieve performance and product success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the product lines, which includes conducting market analysis, defining product positioning, and creating go-to-market plans. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including applications, architecture, sales, and engineering, to define product roadmaps that align with customer needs and market trends. Additionally, you will drive product lifecycle management from concept through end-of-life, which encompasses forecasting, pricing, and inventory management. Engaging with key customers and partners will be essential to gather insights, reinforce relationships, and identify new business opportunities. You will also negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize profitability and market share. Analyzing the competitive landscape and market trends will be crucial to adjusting product strategies and maintaining a competitive edge. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, you will deliver presentations and product demonstrations as needed, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
